Adam, a planter in Kerala whose family resides in Scotland, is estranged from his daughter. He feels his daughter was the reason for his wife dying during childbirth and opts his brother and sister-in-law to raise her. One day the daughter gets kidnapped and he is forced to return to Scotland to keep track of the investigation. He feels remorse that he never wanted her and wonders what he would have done if he got a chance to go back in time. A song about remorse and wanting to make it right from the movie Adam Joan.
