(Translation on request for AM)
A beautiful lullaby with a tinge of sadness from Solo – World of Shekhar. It sounds as if the person singing the lullaby is not with the child anymore. 🙂

Thaalolam theerathe, mazha maayunnu novode
Ilamaan kidaavinn thaaraattayi, thelivaarnilave poraamo?
[With incomplete cherishes, the rain leaves with sadness
As this little fawn’s lullaby, hey clear moonlight, can you come?]
Thaalolam theerathe, mazha maayunnu novode
Ilamaan kidaavinn thaaraattayi, thelivaarnilave poraamo
[With incomplete cherishes, the rain leaves with sadness
As this little fawn’s lullaby, hey clear moonlight, can you come?]
Ennennum ee malar koodinnu kaavalayi,
aakashathaaramaayi njaan unaraam
[Watching over this flowery nest forever
I will stay as a star in the sky]
Kunjilam poonkavil thaedunnoru ummayaayi,
thaenolum thennalayi njaan anayaam
[Like a kiss searching for your adorable little cheeks
I will come by as a sweet breeze]
+Paathiyil maanjora paattonnu mooliyum
kanneerin thirayaayi doorangal thaanduvaan
[Humming that song which broke in between
to go farther on these teary waves,]
ananda thonikal naam orukkum
[we will create boats of happiness]

thanks for translation! Could you post Sita Klyanam lyric song with english translation also?
Hi riki,
You are welcome!
Sita Kalyanam and Karaiyadhe are in Tamil. As I’m not a native Tamil speaker, I only have a contextual understanding of the language. I have but, attempted to translate these because I got many requests. Please navigate to the ‘Song Requests’ menu to find the link for the translations. No guarantee they are fully right though. 🙂
Thanks,
